Return Policy

At In-Fu-Sion Boutique it is our aim to meet all your fashion needs and provide you with a terrific and satisfactory customer experience. However, we understand that sometimes items don’t turn out the way you thought they would! So, here’s how to return something that just didn’t work out. :)

(Note: Only items purchased on www.infusionboutique.com may be returned as detailed below. Please, no returns on evening wear and holiday wear.)

You have thirty (30) days from when you purchase your merchandise to return your items in perfect condition. The items must still have their original tags (still attached), their receipt, and also must be free of any blemish, defect, or damage. The items must be un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered. Failure to meet these conditions will result in a refusal of your return. Please do NOT return your items if they do not meet these conditions. By purchasing an item on this site, you agree to the conditions of this return policy.

To return an item, follow these three easy steps:

(1)    Scroll down to the contact form below.

(2)    Send us a message with the word ‘RETURN’ in the header, and detail your invoice number, items being returned, the reason for return, and name, address, phone number and email.

(3)    Once we have authenticated that your return is legitimate, we will email you a FedEx® shipping label that you may print out and affix to your return package.

You are responsible for printing out the shipping label and affixing it to your package, as well as sending the package via the closest FedEx® drop off. We recommend using the original box that your merchandise came in to return your items. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Payment Refund

Once your items have been received by our returns department, we will issue you a refund within two (2) business days in the form of online store credit only. We do not offer a refund on shipping charges. Online store credit will be issued in the form of a one-time use promo code that can be entered on our website when purchasing items.


Exchange Policy

Need an item in a different size or color? No problem! Proceed as follows (Please note that all terms and conditions of returns are applicable to exchanges as well)

(1)    Scroll down to the contact form below.

(2)    Send us a message with the word ‘EXCHANGE’ in the header, and detail your invoice number, the items you wish to exchange, your reason for exchange, and name, address, phone number, and email.

(3)    Once we have authenticated that your return is legitimate, we will email you a FedEx® shipping label that you may print out and affix to your return package.

You are responsible for printing out the shipping label and affixing it to your package, as well as sending the package via the closest FedEx® drop off. We recommend using the original box that your merchandise came in to return your items. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

(4)    Once we have received your original items, we will send you your exchanged items. If the items are of equal or lesser value than your original items, we will issue you online store credit for the difference. If the items are of greater value than your original items, we will contact you either by phone or email to receive payment for the difference.
