OPERATIONS
Assistant to The Owner (Full Time) (Currently Closed Position)
As an assistant to the owner of Infusion Clothing + Lifestyle Company, the responsibilities vary. The purpose of this position is to ensure she can run Infusion in a more efficient and organized manner. As our mission statement includes cultivating a positive environment, we only encourage applicants who exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence and communication to apply.
Requirements:
Two years of college preferred. Must have GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Basic computer skills (i.e. typing, ability to function projects on a mac computer and ipad)
Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
Flexible schedule (Infusion is open Monday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday 11am-6pm, employees at Infusion are expected to have availability for any of those days unless given prior approval by owner)
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
Strong writing, punctuation, and grammar skills
Able to communicate in a professional and calm manner
Responsibilities:
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for owner including managing a highly active calendar of appointments;
Plan, coordinate, and prioritize owner's schedule
Work closely with owner to keep her informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, appointments, etc.
Complete critical aspects of external communications including drafting emails, calling, texting, faxing, arranging meetings

Operations Manager (Current Filled Position)
Requirements:
Must have at least two years of college (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or Communications is preferred)
Proficient in technical applications using a Mac system
Creative self-starter with strong critical thinking skills
Excellent writing skills with proficiency in grammar and spelling
Interest in a long term career in the fashion industry
Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
Strong verbal skills including phone etiquette
Ability to exhibit emotional intelligence with all interpersonal communications
Ability to shift from slow to fast paced environment (vice versa) in a calm manner
Flexible scheduling
Ongoing management training is required for this position
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
Active Social Media presence and familiarity on a mainstream platform (Such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling employees to stores
Assist owner/general manager with hiring, training, retention of team
Estimate needs for product and supplies
Periodic inventory of each store
Managing operations of stock orders (receiving, inputting, transferring)
Working with team to cultivate a positive, welcoming environment both in customer relations and inter-team relations
Greet and assist customers in a professional and helpful manner
Perform daily tasks including tidying store, processing new orders, transferring stock orders
Help customers with purchases, returns, or exchanges
Create positive relationships with customers to ensure specific needs are met
Collaborate with team for improved merchandising, styling, displaying
Prepping new arrivals by unboxing, tagging, and steaming

Style Rep for Infusion (Full Time, Entry Level) (Currently Closed Position)
As an Infusion Sales Associate your role is to serve customers while fulfilling our mission statement. Here at Infusion, the customer always comes first. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will fall under the umbrella of providing and being involved in a positive atmosphere and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing store. We strive to cultivate an environment where our customers feel like they can shop in a comfortable and positive place. Having fresh inventory merchandised and a store that is in pristine condition helps create this. Bringing a positive attitude to work everyday is important. At Infusion, we are not here to be served, but to serve. By greeting customers, assisting them with style choices and sometimes purchases, and going above and beyond to make sure they are served, we hope each customer can leave with a smile on their face.
