Q. Will all merchandise available in-store also be available on the online store?

A. Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer a select amount of merchandise online. Drop by our Wasilla location to see our full inventory if you have a chance!

 

Q. An item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more of it?

A. Not having an item in stock makes us unhappy :( Give our customer support team a call at (907)355-3852, or email them at infusionalaska@yahoo.com, and we’ll let you know if we’re getting more of that item you want!

 

Q. You don’t have the right size or color of an item I want, is there any way I can find out if you have it or will have it?

A. While the merchandise on our website reflects the stock that we have available to sell, it doesn’t hurt to contact us! Contact our customer support team and we’ll see if there is anything we can do for you.

 

Q. I haven’t received my order yet. What’s happening?

A. We want you to receive your order in a timely fashion, so if we aren’t doing that, please let us know! Generally it takes us 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. After that, shipping times are dependent on what shipping method you chose! Please see our shipping page for information on delivery speeds. Additionally, we do provide you with a tracking number, so you always know where your package is.

 

Q. Do you charge tax on your orders?

A. We are required by law to charge sales tax for those customers who reside in Palmer or Wasilla.

 

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

A. We look forward to eventually shipping internationally, but at this time, we can only ship within the United States. :(

 

Q. Can a gift card that was  purchased at the physical Infusion Boutique location be used online?

A. Unfortunately, at this time, gift cards bought in-store cannot be used on our website. We’re working on a solution to this and hope to have it resolved soon.

A. We accept all major credit cards and check cards. At this time we do not accept American Express, checks, or money orders.
